- Have a proper breakfast; eat smaller portions on a smaller plate, several times a day. Put your utensil an arms reach, it helps to slow you down.
- Write down everything you eat or drink and calculate the calories you consume each day. You’d be shocked… it all adds up.
- Try a detoxifying diet of lots of water and steamed veggies, something like the Cabbage Soup Diet, and some fruit.
- Chew your food thoroughly and slowly.
Sometimes we want to see results that same day we start our diet, give it some time maybe after a week you should see a difference. If not within a week then definitely by the end of the month. Dont give up!
